My name is Erica Marie Tijerina- Rojas, and I am the General Manager of BIG Realty. I’ve been part of the BIG Realty organization since 2014, returning to the industry after three years as a stay-at-home parent.
In my role, I oversee daily operations, support our agents and staff, and help guide the strategic growth of the brokerage. I take pride in building efficient systems, fostering a collaborative culture, and ensuring our team has the structure and support needed to succeed.
As a wife and mother of three, I value integrity, accountability, and balance—principles that shape my leadership approach and the professional standards I uphold at BIG Realty.
